Final Piece

About the Blog

This blog is a representation of my working progress as an Artist and Writing. Everything here is an example of my work and a journey through my working. It acts as a documentation of various projects, ideas and rough experiments, starting from my time at University and beyond.

Exhibition Consideration | Overheard Conversation Collection | The finish product

The exhibition piece is finished and just in time as the private view starts in less than an hour. It wasn't a lack of organisation or waiting to the last minute that caused this. It was predicted and carefully timed so that the few days we had to set up the exhibition would be finalised midday of the private view as we had a short access time to the space before hand.

The exhibition handout and my work was set up a few weeks before so that when it came to this day Liam and I would make the final changes to the layout on the map, which would then be printed, folded and my work slotted in to be transported to the space within a four hour deadline. This was tight, but working with Liam meant that we could organise our time efficiently, this involved good communication, team work and the ability to work under pressure in completing this professionally.

These have now been placed around the exhibition space and I look forward to documenting peoples responses to the text within.
